 Well, this cinches it. The year's over, and for anyone still arguing about whether it would be 2000 or 2001 that would mark the beginning of the next millennium, you can rest assured that we're in the "next" millennium, and you'll be good and dirt by the next time we have to have that particular conversation. How are your generators and canned goods and bottled water holding up? Welcome to the New Year... Our first palindromatic year since 1991!
Tonight was our little New Year's get together... Pat was here and so were Melissa, Steve, Sarah, Ellen, and anyone else? Can't think of anyone. Oh yeah, I was there, and Desmond was around for a while. We played Cranium, and it was pretty fun. The kids got it for Christmas from my mom, and they got it for Christmas from my dad. Guess they have some things in common, after all. I'd never heard of the game till a little while back... Any game can be fun when you've got champagne and bloody marys and beers as playing pieces of a sort.
I've come up with another New Year's resolution. This year I intend to take a little something back from the community.
